Hello all...

New user of the Logon product, I'm trying to make the BIO setup work with the new USM512FL fingerprint reader / USB key from Sony...

No luck till now...

I tried the original drivers, no driver, the Authentec drivers without success.

Could anyone help me ?

Other users have reported similar problems with FL models; they managed to resolve them by uninstalling the software provided by Sony.

It seems that there is a conflict, which prevents other applications from accessing the biometric module when the Sony software is present.
