Lost key - how to remove access from it?

Is there any possibility to remove access from a certain key in my PC if it is lost or theft?

(if they stole the PC) You can edit the contents of your key with Key Manager (http://www.dekart.com/products/card_management/key_manager/). With this tool you can add or remove accounts, as well as modify the data related to an account (ex: change password or name)
(if they stole the key) If the key is stolen, then obviously you won't be able to modify it; in that case you should change the passwords for all the accounts that were written to the key.
