You need to know the card's PIN, or PUK code - you can't unlock it otherwise.

The PUK is usually written on a separate sheet of paper when the card is purchased. If that's not the case, contact the company that sold you the card, perhaps they have the PUK (though normally the PUK is given to the end-user).
