It seems that the program was not properly installed. Try to reinstall the software.
In addition, tell me which version of Windows you are using.

I reintall this application several times.
OS: Windows XP SP2.
I think that problem is in the cooperating with encripion software "Guardian Encryption Plus Hard Disk (EPHD)". This software modiffy Gina too.

The problem is in Gina. Both programs rely on their own version of the DLL, so as soon as it is replaced, one of the two stops working.
A workaround is to switch your encryption program. You can try Private Disk (http://www.dekart.com/products/encryption/private_disk/), it has recently been updated to 2.10 (http://www.lazybit.com/index.php/a/2007/10/25/private_disk_2_10_final_release) and has many interesting features.

This problem was solved. We are uninstall EPDH, then we installed Dekart.
Functionality is all right. Then we installed Guardian without support "Single sign on", and we encrypted the disks.
I have another question.
We need install dekar log on automatic after installation notebook from Image.
we use MS RIS. I going to order 53 licence. I need only one registration code. It is possible? On the future after test this prototyp, we will need install many more notebooks.
Thank you, from your quick answer.

There is an option to obtain a multi-license number; this is a number that can be used on more than one computer (so you can use the same installation script). Make sure you mention this during the order, so that your task is simplified.

Do you have some installation script for example?

Use the /s command line parameter to start a silent installation; in other words, "logon.exe /s" is what must be executed on the remote machines.
If you need anything else in order to adapt the installer to your environment - let me know.
I also suggest you take a look at Key Manager (http://www.dekart.com/products/card_management/key_manager/), an administrator can use this tool to create cards that will be issued to end-users. So once Logon is installed on a computer, nothing else has to be done, just give them the cards.

I used the /s command line parameter to start a silent installation (logon.exe /s) but after instalation notebook restarted. I need in one step install other applications too (cmd script). What command line parameter I have to use?
THX for quick answer.

A forced reboot is how it behaves at the moment, and you cannot change that. A workaround is to install Logon in the last phase of your script.
I will publish a modified version of the installer tomorrow, which does not force an immediate restart after the installation (we've been thinking about it earlier, because it is indeed unexpected that a "silent" means "silent+restart").

On the http://www.dekart.com/products/access_control/logon/ you wrote:
Managing user credentials for hundreds of users
In case you face up the difficulty of managing more than 10 users in your organization, Dekart offers the Dekart Key Manager utility (FREE for orders of 10 and more licenses). This user credentials management utility allows easily back up, restore, and duplicate the data stored on the smart cards, USB tokens or flash drives, ensuring the security of your company data even if users lose or break their hardware keys.
We have bought 53 pcs multilicence.
Do we need to ask for licence of key manager?

This is the updated version of the installer: xttp://files.dekart.com/beta/logon-norestart.zip
Flags:
/s /n - silent, no reboot
/s /r - silent, reboot
Indeed, you are eligible for a free license for Key Manager, I will send you an email shortly.

Thank you.
Sorry, but the same problem I have with "Key manager".

You mean that you also need to install it silently?
Key Manager is only needed on the administrator's computer, where you can manager other users' keys, make backups, etc. The program does not need to be installed on other computers, so I don't see the need of a "silent install" in this case.
Perhaps I did not understand your question correctly?

You understand my correctly.
I don't know which computer will be for administrating. It will distributed system. Administrator will change his work place.
Second problem. How I activate silent installation on remote workstation? How I include activation key?

You can apply the registration information by writing the data to the registry. For example, you can use a REG file:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Dekart\Logon]
"Organization"="yyyyyyyyy"
"SerialNumber"="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
Back to Key Manager; you have many licenses for Logon, but only one license for Key Manager. Perhaps the solution is to install it on ony machine, and let the admin log on remotely and use the program in a terminal session.
An alternative is to keep Key Manager on a removable disk, and let the administrator use it directly from that disk, on any computer.

Now I have another problem.
LOGON Dekaert is instaled on the notebook. Despite there is now logon script on the global policy (AD) nor any file in netlogon on the DC, user see netlogon window after loging to notebook.
I suppose it is dekart's job.
I need to solve this problem very quickly.

I have the following error message "an error occurred loading dk_gina.dll" appears at this time of the login windows, with the only option to accept, I accept when the machine is restarted immediately.

To uninstall the software, boot to safe mode (do not choose 'safe mode with networking') and logon in a usual fashion.
After which changes to the system did the error start to occur?
