Does Not Read Card Reader

I have a Sakar Digital Concepts reader 51 in 1 Model CR-75.
The software with it can not read nextel. This software does not even notice the card or reader at all. Any ideas? I need to get almost 300 numbers from nextel to a AT&T sim.

This is not a PC/SC smart card reader, which explains why it behaves that way. You'll need one like this one (https://dekart.cleverbridge.com/164/?scope=checkout&cart=14284&cb_ident=4ebaeb8b) (the link also includes the software you need - SIM Manager 2).
