Hi,

I have downloaded the evaluation copy of the sim manager software but I am unable to get it to work, I am using it with a (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/USB-Reader-Backup-Writer-GSM-Mobile-Phone-SIM-Card-AU_W0QQitemZ150213066343QQihZ005QQcategoryZ113695Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem ). Should the software work with this reader ?

When I click on read sim , nothing appears to happen, is there something else that I need to do?

Thanks for you help

SIM Manager requires a PC/SC compliant card reader (http://www.dekart.com/products/hardware/sim_card_reader/), while the one you mentioned is not compatible with this standard (it is a controller-less card reader).

The fact that nothing happens is expected behaviour. In the case of these readers, they can only be used with the software that came with them originally (those tools are not as good as SIM Manager, but that's all you can use).
