Modify access conditions with SIM Explorer

Does anyone know if I can use Dekart SIM Explorer to write the EFs whose file access condition is not Always (need CHV1/CHV2) ? for example, EF_spn.

I'm interested in buying this tool for our company to debug SIM related issues for our handset product.
But since your free frial version is only a flash demo, I cannot confirm if it meets my requirement

You can edit such files, but obviously - only if you have the CHV1 or the CHV2.

Note, I just went through the specs and I must let you know that EF SPN requires ADM privileges for UPDATE.
