SIM Manager ability to read / write "3 Network" 3G SIM

Despite patient advice from Alex R, I am unable to read or write from/to a "3 Network / Hutchison Telecom" 3G SIM card issued in the UK.

I have tried SIM manager 1, 2.0 and 2.2 / beta without success.

Has anyone had more succcess than me ?

There is a new beta that should address this problem. We've been tackling it for quite a while and at this point we are confident that it works - the sample SIM [of this operator] we've got in the lab is processed correctly.
