Please.Help uninstall Dekart Logon 2.21

I use Windows XP pro (Dell Vostro 1500) and get a lot of problems.
First- I can not shutdown or restart windows, only with power button.Windows try to shutdown, then stop responding.
Second- i still see dekart logon screen when I start computer.
Can I fully uninstall all program? Please :(

If you can still see the program it means that it was not uninstalled at all. Which uninstallation method did you try to use?

Do you see any error messages on the screen at the time the system freezes during shutdown?
