I have installed my reader, driver and reader software, it is recognized by me computer and it appears I even can write to a phone book, however I get a box popping up asking for a PIN2.........no idea where to find this number, or what it is! I am also apperently down to two more tries so I want to get it right........
Can you tell me where to look for it on my phone please. [Motoroa W375 Net10 phone]

PIN2 can be found on the materials that accompany the SIM card when you purchase it (some documents, or the larger piece of plastic from which you extracted the SIM).
Note that some operators do NOT issue this number, so you have to ask them for it.
The reason SIM Manager asks it is because you attempt to write to the FDN section - fixed dialling numbers. To write to that section you need PIN2.
If you don't manage to find it, leave that section unchanged. Also, disable "read\write all files", to prevent SIM Manager from attempting to read the fixed dialling numbers along with the other files.
