Encrypted disk was made by Private Disk Light under WinXP Pro, but i can't mount it under Win98SE. Why?

You should check 2 things:
1. The Disk's size should be under 2 GB
2. Your Explorer should be with 128-bit AES encryption, if not, update it.

Have the same problems! Can't mount disk on some computers with Win2k, but on Win2k_SP4 it works. May be problem with Service Packs? Does it should be #4 for Win2k?

Run Internet Explorer, press Help\About
and see whats the cipher strength. If it is below 128-bit, you need a newer version of Internet explorer. After you updated it, see the cipher strength again, if its still less than 128-bit, then the version you updated it to is not the latest one out there.
