I've followed the process as described on this page:
But I can't find any smartkey.dka on my floppy disk? (no hide files, nothing!)
So I can't burn it on a cd!!
Can someone help me?

Which page do you refer to? this one: Storing authentication data on a floppy or a cd (http://www.dekart.com/support/howto/authentication_data_floppy/)?

First of all, make sure that you have followed the instructions correctly:
1. Download the reg-file (http://www.dekart.com/support/howto/authentication_data_floppy/EnableFloppy.reg) and start it.
2. Start Dekart Logon and the floppy should appear in the list of devices.

Do you see the device in the list? And are you able to successfully unlock the computer with it? If yes, it means that the file is 100% there, but it is hidden. Read this: how to find system and hidden files (http://www.dekart.com/support/faq/dpd_faq/#show-hidden).

If the floppy drive is not in the list, it means that the reg-file (see step #1) was not properly executed.
