Reading saved phonebook

I have used Simmanager to type a phonebook and saved this to the SIM card which works fine. I have tried to open the phonebook on my computer but nothing happens. Any ideas?

Phonebook = a PHN file created by SIM Manager?

If so, please tell me

Is the PHN file stored locally, or on a network share?
Which version of SIM Manager do you use? (ex: 1.0x.yy)
Have you used earlier versions of the program? If yes, did the problem exist then?
Which version of Windows do you have?
