Hey everyone, I was wondering if there is a way to remotely authorize Dekart Login... maybe using a virtual key?

I have my desktop with Dekart Login installed... When I try to connect to it remotely using RDC, I get the Dekart Login screen asking me to insert a key. What can I do other than allowing for access with only a username and password (not using a key)?

Thanks!

At the moment this is impossible, because your local USB devices (or other devices you use as keys) cannot be 'seen' by the remote computer.

Some solve this problem by using 3rd-party software that maps local USB devices to remote ones via a TCP/IP network. See this thread for more details: http://forum.dekart.com/showthread.php?t=432&highlight=usb+remote

We thought about implementing such a solution in Logon itself, but at this moment we are focused on the development of other features, so this one gets a lower priority.

The Dekart Sim/Smart Card offers PC Smart Card industry standard – PC/SC 1.0 wouldn't it be possible to use this for RDP Sessions ?
