Hi,

It is impossible to change the code without knowing the real one, or without knowing the unlock code. They were specifically designed for the purpose of denying unauthorized access. For more details, see this thread, message #5 (PIN and PUK explained (http://forum.dekart.com/showthread.php?t=474))

So you will be unable to access the information. Usually the codes (PIN, PIN2, PUK, PUK2 ) are written on the paper which comes with the SIM card itself when you buy it. Mobile operators should not have these codes, they are printed on the paper and issued to the client - and that's it (even though there are cases in which operators secretly keep copies of them, this is not a common practice, and things are different from case to case).

It is safe to conclude that you will be unable to get access to the info protected by PIN2.
