Will the Sim Manager enable me to import contacts from a "standard" cell phone to my Blackberry?

It depends on the type of SIM card the Blackberry uses.

The Blackberry has a cingular SIM card. Does that help?

Yes, it does. So far, all the feedback from customers who are subscribed to Cingular was positive.

So unless you have some kind of an unusual Cingular SIM, there are no problems.
