Where is my SIM card reader?

:confused: I was told my SIM card redaer was shipped 5/24/2006. It is now almost 2 months later, I have not received the reader, and Dekart does not rspond to my recent e-mails. Has anyone else had this problem?

It was a good idea to contact us via the forum, since emails may sometimes be flagged as spam. This explains why we haven't received your messages, or why you haven't received our replies.

Please send me a private message (using the forum), indicatind the email address you used during the purchase, and other details you have (such as order number, and delivery address). Also, it will be better if you provide an alternative email address, so that we can make sure that it is not a problem caused by junk filters that are too strict.

There is no need to send the details again, since your initial message [the deleted one] was sent to me via email as a notification (it happens with every message posted on the forum, so that we're able to react to spam without delays). I will pass this information to the people from sales, and will keep you posted.

As for private messages, to send one, click on my name, then select 'send private message...', as in the attached image.
