problem with change password

I'am trying dekart logon in my computers, i install the spanish demo for the product in computer with xp sp2 spanish version, and all work fantastic, until that begin the account directives of change password,i try a new password and confirm, then a problem happened:

"change password"
"No se puede encontrar el recurso de indentificador de idioma en el archivo de imagen"

I imagine that the translation is

"The resource of indentificador of language in the image file cannot be found "

I've just tried the Spanish version and everything seems to be OK on my test-PC.

Have you had any error messages during the installation? Try this newer beta version (http://files.dekart.com/beta/logon221bSP.exe).

Another question - does the English version behave in the same way?

at the moment I have three PCs with DEKARLOGON installed, but they use policy windows "Vigencia maxima de contraseñas" When DEKARTLOGON makes changing password give me the following error.

CHANGE PASSWORD
You can not find the resource identifier language in the image file
No Se puede encontrar el recurso de identificador de idioma en el archivo de imagen

Installed version is 2.21 in Spanish, also was tested in the English version with the same error.

This situation prevents the use of this function and the beginning section of users.

Create the file c:\dk_setup.log
Run the installer
Send us the log


If the log is empty, it means that the installer is probably corrupt, and was not downloaded correctly.

Also check if you have admin rights. Are there any other restrictions particular to that system?

copy /Y dk_logon.ocx c:\windows\system32
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\dk_logon.ocx

Basically, you substitute the old version of the OCX with a new one, then register it in the system; this should do the trick.

Installing this new version no longer shows the error "No se puede encontrar el recurso de indentificador de idioma en el archivo de imagen" but when it writes the new password and PIN see this error "No se ha encontrado el nombre de usuario"

Which password related policy are you using?
What is the setting of the policy?
What is the password you try to enter?
