Maks, you're not correct. This is not a security flaw; you can find out the details in our non-FAQ (http://www.dekart.com/en/support/faq/nfaq/#safe_mode_logon).

Either way, even if this can be disabled, we have decided to add a new feature to the next major release of Logon, which will allow you to decide how the program will behave with respect to safe mode.
