IMSI change

I want to change MCC and MNC inthe IMSI. But how to change them via this tool?

SIM Manager does not allow you to make such changes on the SIM card, but SIM Explorer does. It is a new tool we are developing, it allows you to do a lot of low-leve things with the SIM card. It supports 3G cards too.
