Fixed Dialing

I have a Cingular phone and I want to get each of my field reps phones as well. The only problem is that I am worried that they will use them for personal calls and run up my bill. Is there any way for me to program the SIM card with a reader so that they can only call certain phone numbers? This would be a great help!

You need to play with the list of fixed dialling numbers. After adding some numbers to that list, those will be the only ones to which you have the possibility to make outgoing calls.
