View Full Version : Sim Manger Installation does not work

Hello,
I have bought Sim Manager but when I installed it nothing happened. The repertory of Dekart Sim Manager contained only one file and on the desktop there is an icon but It looks like the program was desinstalled. I wrote a mail to support service but I did not get any answer. Someone has idea what to do.

Hi,

I think the cause of the problem is the fact that Windows is installed to a drive other than C:\.

In this case, you can download the deployed version of SIM Manager (http://files.dekart.com/deployed/SIMManager_109_deployed.zip), just unzip it to a directory, and run the EXE.

Thank you Alex for replying to my message. I have tried the deployed version and it is working fine. Again thank you Alex.
By the way, I will try also the Sim Manager beta 2 and see if it is working too.
