Saving phonebook data from one sim to another

I am switching carriers and want to move my phonebook data from my old sim to my new one. Is this possible?

Yep, you can do that with SIM Manager and the SIM card reader (there is a picture of it on the main Dekart site). A licesne for SIM Manager is issued for free if you buy the card reader (the program can be used with other card readers too).
