My trial expired and now, I can't login to my PC in normal or safe mode.

I previously tried to uninstall Dekart Logon, but they were still prompting me when booting my PC. I tried to reinstall and re-uninstall. Nothing...

How can I definitevely get rid of this program? When I deleted the files manually, they say there's an error and reboot.

Logon is inactive in safe mode, therefore you should be able to logon, as long as you provide the correct username and password.

It seems that the uninstaller does not function properly in your case, therefore you should follow these directions (http://forum.dekart.com/showpost.php?p=2397&postcount=13) in order to remove the program.

Please tell me which version of Windows you have, on which drive it is installed; and also indicate which version of Logon you were using.

I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

I just purchased login and entire my registration number, i was asked to restart, and then when i try to login it tells me that my 30 day trial has expired, and now i cant get in with either normal or save mode. I have tried entering the registration number manual after getting it from a friends computer, but for right now i don't have my computer and i cant work.

When entering safe mode, make sure that you choose 'safe mode', rather than 'safe mode with networking'. If you choose the second type, then Logon will indeed still be active and you will not be able to log in.

Are you sure that you enter the number correctly? There could be problems with confusing zero and the letter 'o', etc. Make sure that you are indeed providing a correct registration number.

I purchased it as well. I enter my registration number and it says that it is incorrect. I have tried it at least 5 different times and it continutes to say that it is incorrect. I have a 38 character activation code and I was just wondering if that was too long or if it is correct.

A valid registration number must have 38 characters; at the first glance it appears to be a problem of characters that look alike (ex: '0' and 'O').

You should copy/paste instead of typing manually.

Also, please send your number to support at dekart dot com, we'll see what else could be wrong.
