SIM Manager - registration number not working

I received my Dekart SIM Reader and have spent most of the afternoon trying to get it to install properly. The download links in your email below will not work so I went to your site. I noticed the following: “Dekart SIM Card Reader & New Dekart SIM Manager 2.0 – special offer.” Since I purchased my reader in January 2007, I downloaded SIM Manager 2.0 – and installed the reader drivers to be used after November, 2006. I finally got everything up and running and backed up my SIM card. However, the program will not take the registration number you provided in the email below. SIM Manager 2.0 continues to reflect that it is a trial copy and will expire in 30 days. (http://www.dekart.com/store/special_offers/sim_man2/)
How can I fix this problem? Thanks.

You have a number for SIM Manager 1.x, that is why version 2.x continues to say it is a trial one. You can download 1.09 (somewhere on ftp.dekart.com), or follow the update instructions and get a license for 2.x
