today I tried to connect a virtual disk, but I got the error code 00000013. It did not work. Then I tried to restore my data by using the backup of my encryption key. That did'nt work either. When I tried to do that I saw, that there was an invisible file of the same size as my backup encryption key (16kb).
Now I tried it again and (a miracle!) it works again.
That seems very strange to me and i am a bit concerned about the safety of my data.
Do you have any ideas, what could be the cause of that behaviour?

Did you plan to support Windows 7 ? I love your software but now at work I'am running under Win7 and the last build I tried totaly crash my logon screen.

I had to restart in fail safe mode, open registry and remove any dekart entry in the winlogon section...

Whenever I try and format the key through Private Disk Multifactor I get the following error message:
"An error occurred while formatting the key. Please contact support@dekart.com".

I have attempted to Initialise the token several times using the eToken PKI Client 5.1.32.0 both with a password and without a password, but this still produces the same error message when I try and configure the eToken using Private Disk Multifactor.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work?
