The tool is called PD Explorer, and a beta is available here: xttp://files.dekart.com/beta/PDExplorer-goo.zip

Notes:

• It works with NTFS images, thus your encrypted disk must be NTFS.
• It is actively developed at the moment, so stay tuned for new betas
• There are no limitations to the maximum disk size or file size
