automatic biometric logon
I am looking for something that will allow a simple on-step secure logon with no keyboard entry required. We have some touchscreen Vista workstations at a dais that we would like board members to log into without a physical keyboard. We can put a virtual keyboard on the screen, but it is not very useful for the initial logon.
Is it possible to automate the logon process via an external USB and/or smartcard device so all they have to do is turn on the machine and the logon process starts automatically and the fingerprint scan authenticates the user?
