Device Manager does not read sim card reader
I have installed both versions for the sim card reader as my sim card is an att 3g. But my device manager does not read the sim card reader when insert it in the usb port. Any help would be appreciated

If nothing shows up in the device manager when you plug the device in, you should verify if the USB port is working.
Also, do you connect the reader directly to the USB port or do you use a USB hub?

I have just gotten back around to trying to use the SIM Card Reader and it still is not recognized by the Device Manager, even when connected to the USB port on the laptop. This USB port is working with other devices. Sso now I have software, the SIM Manager and the SIM Card Reader and they are doing me no good. Any ideas please?

Which version of Windows do you have?
You must also make sure that you've installed the driver: http://www.dekart.com/pub/products/S...SIMReader3.exe Take a look at this video on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaBaqZiNW4U It covers the troubleshooting process, and it will enable you to see the big picture.
