How to access sites which are blocked?

I stay in Dubai. Here a few of the sites which are very useful are blocked example: orkut.com. I tried loggin into these sites via proxy servers, but still the proxy servers were also blocked. All the proxy servers available at google have been blocked. Pls help me out.
