Trying to use an eToken...

I am attempting to use Private Disk Multifactor with an Aladdin eToken Pro.

Whenever I try and format the key through Private Disk Multifactor I get the following error message:
"An error occurred while formatting the key. Please contact support@dekart.com".

I have attempted to Initialise the token several times using the eToken PKI Client 5.1.32.0 both with a password and without a password, but this still produces the same error message when I try and configure the eToken using Private Disk Multifactor.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work?

I have already tried emailing support twice, but have not yet received any kind of response, I thought the forum might be quicker.
